This information is stored on our databases. The databases enable Capital Analytical to collect personal information from you, to do business with you and respond to your queries.

We will not use your information for one or more of the purposes set out above if you have indicated that you do not wish us to do so when submitting your information through the registration process to us. Capital Analytical also does research on our customer demographics, interests, and purchasing based on the information provided to us through web registration, purchasing activity and other promotional activity. From data surveys and our computer files we use software analysis tools to better understand and serve our users.

C. Do we share the information we receive?

In order to carry on business, certain functions such as document disposal, storage and disaster recovery may be provided to us by third parties. Where this is the case we will enter into an agreement with the party providing the service to us that reflect our commitments under this Privacy Policy.

We take the security of your data seriously. Therefore, once we receive your information, we always take steps to ensure its security on our systems and at our offices. Access to all customer data is limited to a small number of individuals who hold responsibility for maintenance and security of the data.
